Back to Basic is an ongoing visual investigation into the relationships that emerge between objects, spaces and perception.

The project develops through a continuous process of simplification and complexity, reflecting the contradictory nature of our experience of the world. By observing how unrelated objects coexist within different environments, I seek to reveal unexpected dialogues capable of generating illusions, new spatial possibilities and alternative interpretations.

Removed from their conventional function, everyday elements become visual signs that interact through form, colour, scale and proximity. The resulting images invite viewers to slow down, reconsider what they see, and engage with reality beyond its most immediate reading.

As an open-ended project, Back to Basic remains in constant evolution, expanding whenever new observations contribute to its visual and conceptual language.
